1. Based on the construction and operation data of various types of oxygen refueling stations such as 35MPa, 70MPa and liquid oxygen, a unique process and system design specifications and design guidelines have been formed to ensure the safety and reliability of the hydrogen refueling station system;2. Relying on powerful process simulation tools and a professional team, it can perform dynamic simulation analysis on the filling process to ensure that the temperature in the vehicle cylinder is always within the standard requirements under different working conditions. Fundamentally ensure the safety of the vehicle during the filling process;3. Through quantitative risk analysis such as hazard and operable part analysis (HAZOP), accident risk analysis (ARA), and explosion hazard assessment of the hydrogen refueling station process system, further design optimization is carried out to ensure hydrogen refueling from the design of the entire station Security of the station;4. The safety alarm loop adopts three-level alarm interlocking of single equipment, loop interlocking and whole station interlocking, which ensures the safety of the hydrogen refueling station while taking into account the operation of the hydrogen refueling station;5. The interlocking of major safety circuits is carried out independently of the PLC. At the same time, the hard-wire method or safety PLC is used to realize the interlocking, which ensures the high reliability of the circuit interlocking and ensures the effectiveness of the system in emergency situations;6. The entire station instrument control design is based on an unattended design concept, combining on-site sensors, PLC control and HopNet Internet of Things to create a high-safety and intelligent hydrogen refueling station;7. The core components of the equipment have passed strict evaluation and certification, and the key components have passed the simulation test under extreme working conditions;8. Before leaving the factory, the products have undergone strict strength, air-tightness and functional tests in the factory to ensure that each device is safe and reliable. Product Features
1. Unloading: The hydrogen in this station comes from a hydrogen tube bundle car, and after being transported to the station, it is unloaded to the hydrogen storage container for grading storage. If there are two tube bundle cars that can discharge gas at the same time, the system can automatically select the switch corresponding to the automatic switch valve for sequential discharge according to the pressure in the tube bundle car to meet the on-site working conditions.2. Pressurization: The hydrogen from the unloading process enters the compressor. In the compressor, after being compressed, the hydrogen passes through the compressor system after cooling, and then goes to the program control panel. After sequentially controlled by the program control panel, entering to the high, medium and low pressure hydrogen storage containers in three ways for storage, adjust the filling capacity of the station (especially the peak filling capacity), and increase the filling speed at the same time;3. Hydrogen filling: make full use of the hydrogen storage container's hierarchical charging, rapid hydrogen filling, and up to four-level refueling mode. It is composed grading hydrogen storage and filling of hydrogen tube bundle car, low, medium and high three-level hydrogen storage container. When the pressure of the tube bundle vehicle is higher than the pressure value of the gas cylinder of the vehicle being filled, the pressure difference can be used to directly fill the vehicle being fille through the tube bundle vehicle to reduce energy consumption;4. Pressure compensation: When the pressure of the hydrogen storage container is lower than a certain value, the system will automatically start the compressor to pressure it;5. Automatic control: the normal unloading, filling and pressure compensation processes are all automatically operated through the control system.
